My bed was very comfortable and the room very clean. This motel does not do breakfast, but I knew that when booking and took my own. I noticed, however, they did provide a toaster in addition to the normal tea making facilities. I was pleased that all the rooms were on ground level and that the showers were walk in showers - very important when aging. I would have liked to have a wake up call but they don't do that. That may now be common practice and in future I will take a little alarm clock. Overall, it was good accommodation.

Choosing BE Motel is always easy. The location is central for me. Easy access by private or public transport to the Melbourne CBD and surrounding shopping centres which are within 30 mins drive. The room is clean and basic needs are satisfied. I especially like the private parking allotted to the specific room. This is a huge plus. No traffic congestion (based on my personal experience for several years that I roomed in BE Motel) in these Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne.

The Owner was very helpful and friendly. I have stayed here before and love that it is so quiet and the beds and pillows are the absolute best. We sleep so sound. Fantastic water pressure. Love that the room has things that are usually missing from most motels like electric blanket, clock radio and microwave. There are enough plates and cutlery. The shopping center that is a walk across the road. Be back there when I can.

Staff were fantastic, location is just perfect as you have a shopping centre across the road and a 24/7 coles and Kmart and other food outlets, beds were very comfortable, I loved the chairs and table they had thought it was really nice and especially if your just staying one night it’s perfect and I’ll definitely be coming back again,
